Information You May Store In Qleo
Depending on how you use Qleo, you may choose to store cycle information, period tracking information, symptoms, mood tracking, personal notes, partner mode information, subscription information, and technical usage information.
Health-related information is treated as sensitive data. We design Qleo with care so this information is handled with extra respect and protection.
Authentication
Authentication may be provided through Apple ID, Google, and/or email, including Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, and email registration. If you use one of these sign-in options, Qleo may process information needed to create, verify, secure, and manage access to your account.
Account Information
Qleo may store account-related information such as authentication identifiers, account preferences, subscription status, and settings required to provide the service.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide and improve Qleo, show cycle and wellness insights, support app functionality, respond to support requests, maintain safety and reliability, and manage subscriptions when applicable.
AI Features
If AI-powered features are available, information that users choose to share with AI features may be processed in order to generate responses, provide insights, and improve app functionality.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions and subscription services may be provided through Apple App Store or Google Play. Those providers may process payment and subscription details according to their own policies. Qleo may receive limited subscription status information needed to provide paid features.
Notifications
Qleo may send push notifications, cycle reminders, period reminders, wellness reminders, account-related notifications, and service notifications. You can manage notification preferences through your device settings and any available in-app settings.
Data Import
Qleo may allow users to import or transfer cycle-related data from other cycle tracking applications, health platforms, exported files, and third-party services. Imported data may include cycle history, period dates, symptoms, mood entries, notes, fertility-related information, ovulation-related information, wellness logs, and other information chosen by the user.
Imports are user-initiated and are used only to provide continuity of tracking and app functionality.
Health Platforms & Third-Party Data
Qleo may allow users to connect health platforms, cycle tracking services, data exports, and future compatible integrations. Any imported or connected data is governed by this Privacy Policy. Integrations may change over time.
Health Data
If users choose to connect compatible health platforms, Qleo may receive health-related information selected by the user in accordance with platform permissions.
Device Permissions
Qleo may request optional device permissions, including notifications, health data access, calendar access if future calendar features are enabled, and network access required for syncing and online functionality. Permissions are optional and can be managed through your device settings.
Partner Mode
Users may choose to share selected information through Partner Mode. Sharing is initiated by the user, users control what is shared, users can stop sharing when supported by the feature, and partner access is limited to information intentionally shared by the user.
Affiliate / Partner Links
Qleo may display product recommendations, partner offers, affiliate links, and shopping suggestions, including suggestions for tampons, pads, menstrual cups, wellness products, and cycle-related supplies. Qleo may receive affiliate commissions from qualifying purchases.
Affiliate partners do not receive access to users' private cycle data, symptoms, notes, moods, health information, or partner mode information. Product recommendations do not influence how user health information is stored or processed.
We Do Not Sell Personal Information
Qleo does not sell personal information. We do not sell health-related information, cycle information, notes, partner mode information, or subscription information.
Service Providers
We may use trusted service providers to help operate, maintain, analyze, or support Qleo. These providers may support hosting, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, AI features, subscription management, and customer support. These providers are expected to use information only to provide services to Qleo and not for their own independent marketing purposes.
International Users
Information may be processed and stored in countries other than the user's country of residence where Qleo or its service providers operate.
Children
Qleo is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
Data Retention
We keep information only as long as needed to provide Qleo, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect users, and support legitimate business purposes.
